High Reliability PCAP

The system using a PCAP includes a touch sensor, analog-to-digital conversion , algorithm processing and communication , and there is a small probability that it cannot respond in time or fails. In some scenarios where the reliability of real-time operation is required, capacitive screens cannot be used due to the limitations of use. In response to this situation, we have developed the world's first high-reliability capacitive screen, using redundant design, through real-time detection of the status of the capacitive screen, to ensure that there is a set of normal capacitive screens at any time to meet the operation needs.

KNOB on Screen

Based on practical applications, we have developed designs that support in-plane mechanical knobs to improve the safety of operation and enrich the diversity of interactions. We choose a high-performance touch driver, design a metal block at the bottom of the mechanical knob, when the knob rotates, the metal block will rotate, the touch drive can detect the position and direction information of the metal block rotation, combined with the system UI, to achieve the knob operation in the surface.
